Create A Book Mark Spine Cover

This all started from thinking about interchangeable book spine covers.

I know what you”re thinking, why have a bookmark on the outside?

Well, there’s no reason. I just used the bookmark printables, as a decorative tag.

A little bit of lace trim and velcro dots are an easy way to change out the spine cover.

I love the look of the stitched edges on the bookmark/ tag too.

I came across some ‘mixed stitch stamps’ which are a wonderful addition & effective too.

Oh, and then I couldn’t find my clear stamp blocks, so,  using the acetate sheet the stamps are protected by, I felt  little sense of victory.

Sometimes, you just have to think outside the box. Look at things differently and a whole new world of creativity kicks in.
